Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

 

Shipping Time

Orders are shipped via USPS and typically arrive within 2-5 business days within the United States. Delivery times may vary depending on location and carrier delays.

 

Shipping costs 

Are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery option.  

 

Tracking

A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order has shipped.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.

Carrier Delays

Once an order has been handed over to USPS, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

 

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order has been shipped, Small Jar Big Purpose TM is not responsible for carrier delays, lost, or stolen packages. Please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
