Returns & Damages
Due to the fragile and handmade nature of our glass prayer jars, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges.
If your item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery. Please include clear photos of:
• The damaged item
• The shipping box (including the label)
• All original packaging materials
Once reviewed, we will determine an appropriate resolution.
We are not responsible for items damaged due to incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout. They will not be eligible for replacement.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
